On Friday night we had a eight people over to dinner for a Murder Mystery Party - the kind where the guests come as characters in a murder plot and everyone has to guess who the murder is by the end of the dinner party. The one we did was set in London in 1967 and titled "The Champagne Murders". I was Brian Sewer and Inger-Lise was Kitty Killer.

We had lots of champagne to start and watched the intro to the game on the DVD. We had salmon to start, followed by roast beef (a big joint of sirloin from the Isle of Man) and roast potatoes. Salako and I couldn't get the Yorkshire puddings to rise. If anyone knows the secret, please leave a comment at the end of this blog! Salako made a delicious trifle for desert.
The game was good fun and the food went down well (as did the booze...). And the killer was......
