Sunday 1st April
Instead of the beach at Casa del Papa in Benin, we went to the Statoil Beach again. Mind you, the beach extends all the way to Benin, so technically speaking I suppose we were on the same beach!

Morten & Pernille came with us with which was nice. Erik, Daniel and Fredrick played with their Star Wars figures and Mathilde played in the pool with Marie. We had a barbeque again, but this time I was the steward. It was nice to do a barbeque again!

Gunn and Rune got some sunbathing done and Morten and I went in the surf with the boys. Daniel and I dug up a crab; on purpose this time - not like Erik the week before :-))



While we were in the waves, Inger-Lise pointed out black clouds on the horison and we started to pack. Only 15 minutes later, the winds had picked up and the storm was lmost upon us. We rushed back to the boat just as the first drops were falling and as we pulled away from the jetty, the wind almost blew the tarpauline off the back of the boat.

That evening we went out for meal at Tolindo Steakhouse, which was very good. Much better than the usual standard here in Lagos.
