... well... it turned out to be malaria. After lying in bed all Sunday, I had a blood test on Monday morning and when it came back the doctor said they had found "scanty" traces of the Plasmodium falciparum parasite. Fortunately, the Malaria pills I take took the brunt of it; the next day I started the three day cure and I was back on my feet again.
