Another week has zipped past. Erik and Daniel both won their football matches today. The traffic to get to the school was awful because they have started digging up the main road. Instead of 30mins of queueing, it now takes 1.5 hrs. The Statoil boat was being repaired, so Erik and I had to brave the trafficto go back to school for scouts at 2pm. After the den meeting we had a pack meeting a 3:30pm, followed by Genius Night.

The aim of Genius Night is to build something out of a load of odds and ends in 30 mins and present it to the rest of the pack. Our den build a space rocket: complete with tail fins, nose cone and a "peanut radar".



After the pack meeting we took photographs and walked to Cactus, a restaurant down the road on the bank of the lagoon to meet the rest of the family for dinner. Inger-Lise had commandeered the boat (it had been repaired in the meantime) so we could get a lift back.
