Here we are on our way to Nigeria. We were packing all the previous night and the taxi arrived at 4:30 in the morning, so we were pretty exhausted.
Erik and Daniel had a great time playing with the seats, etc. and Mathilde loved walking up and down the aisle charming all the other passengers.
At Lagos airport we were met off the plane and had lots of help with our 18 bags (thank goodness). I-L, E, D & M got to sit on the little train which brought our luggage to the car. They enjoyed that. The drive from the airport was the usual experience with traffic, noise and people everywhere.
Pizza for dinner and then off to bed underneath our mosquitoe nets, so tired that we were not disturbed by the emergency generator which cut in when the power failed mid-evening.
We had arrived in Nigeria.....
